DAS ELISA (double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)
Capture antibody is coated on test well of ELISA plate.
Your sample is added into the well and specifically bound to the capture antibody coated in the well.

Detecting antibody conjugated with an enzyme is used to probe the sample captured in the test well.

Substrate is added into well and reacts with the antibody-enzyme conjugate probed with the sample for developing color reaction.

Positive and negative controls are included in each test for make sure the test is works right.

Color development in test well indicates positive reaction and clear color indicates negative reaction.  All test wells will be recorded as optical density value and reported to you.

TAS ELISA (triple-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)
Capture antibody is coated on test well of ELISA plate.
Your sample is added into the well and specifically bound to the capture antibody coated in the well.

Detecting antibody is added into the well to specifically probe the sample captured in the test well.

An anti-antibody conjugated with an enzyme is used to react with detecting antibody bound to the sample in the well.

Color development in test well indicates positive reaction and clear color indicates negative reaction.  All test wells will be recorded as optical density value and reported to you.

Indirect ELISA (indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)
Your sample is added into the well and coated on test well of ELISA plate first.
Detecting antibody is added into the well to specifically probe the sample captured in the test well.

An anti-antibody conjugated with an enzyme is used to react with detecting antibody bound to the coated sample.

Substrate is added into well and reacts with the antibody-enzyme conjugate probed with the sample for developing color reaction.
